\"\" The HERA Project explores <\/span>postpartum breast cancer (PPBC)<\/strong>, a distinct and aggressive subtype of breast cancer diagnosed within ten years after childbirth. Recognized for its poor prognosis and unique molecular features, PPBC currently lacks reliable, non-invasive biomarkers for early detection. To address this gap, HERA has established the <\/span>world\u2019s largest breast milk biobank<\/strong>, with <\/span>over 3,000 samples collected<\/strong> across eight Andalusian hospitals. By applying multi-omics analyses (genomic, epigenomic, proteomic, and viromic) to breast milk, the project seeks to identify molecular drivers and predictive biomarkers of PPBC. This innovative approach aims to enable <\/span>early detection through a simple, non-invasive test<\/strong>, ultimately improving outcomes for young women and advancing precision oncology.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
